Lightbulb Cant get DVDREasy to work?

I use Clone DVD2 and also I have tried DVD Rebuilder so Im not completely new to this but I cant get DVDREasy to work.
I read a forum that it was very good for Feature Only which is all I ever want to save.

But the 3 times Ive tried it I only get 3/4 of the way through DVD decripter and it comes up after 15mins or so that there wasnt enough room on the disc??? What does this mean? I have to abort it!
What might I be doing wrong it looks so simple????

When I use Clone DVD, Shrink or DVD R I neverhave this happen?

Hope you can help me it looks the type of prog I need for feature only with GOOD quality!

      thanks in advance.

In your dvdreasy working directory, exists the file "dvdreasy.log" wich is a plain text file where all dvdreasy activities are registered.

Please post the file here. (open it with notepad, select all, copy and past it here in a post)

Im sorry but I have tried and tried and tried to copy the log but every time I run DVDREasy it freezes 3/4 of the way through! The copy and paste wont work as everything just freezes up!!! I have tried this about 6 times after restarting the pc. Should I uninstall decrypter and your prog and reinstall them again? Why do you think Im having so much trouble with your prog?
Lets hope I can make it work I feal that if I could get it to work it just might be better for my needs than DVD rebuilder.

      ty

im guessing this is no doubt your problem!
      W 08:15:59 Drive C:\ (FAT32) does not support single files > 4 GB
      followed by
      I 08:16:15 File Splitting: None
FAT32 does not support file sizes of 4gb plus

other programs will be auto splitting the files to easy to use chunks that work with FAT32

you need to convert your drive to ntfs or use file splitting in dvdreasy

      this is how
To convert a volume to NTFS from the command prompt

      1.

Open Command Prompt. Click Start, point to All Programs, point to Accessories, and then click Command Prompt.

      2.

In the command prompt window, type: convert drive_letter: /fs:ntfs

For example, typing convert D: /fs:ntfs would format drive D: with the ntfs format. You can convert FAT or FAT32 volumes to NTFS with this command.

Important Once you convert a drive or partition to NTFS, you cannot simply convert it back to FAT or FAT32. You will need to reformat the drive or partition which will erase all data, including programs and personal files, on the partition.
you may get a message do you wish to dismount the drive ... choose NO and it will convert it to NTFS on reboot

then you should be fine with using with or without file splitting

and to be honest NTFS is a better file structure to use with dvd burning in general anyhow

do what it says right here !

and yes no doubt the other programs are set to split the files to just over 1gb each in size

      1. Do I type those words you stated in the c drive section after where my name appears just where the small curser is flashing on and off?

      2. If I do change this so that DVDREasy will start to work will anything else on my pc change, or run differently???
I would hate for other things to be erasied or not work properly

I dont understand enough about all this sorry

Will wait for further info...many thanks

EVERYTHING will run just the same ... and you should hopefully be able to use any dvd ripping/tools with no bother at all

in the black command prompt box ..YES

if prompted to DISMOUNT or UNMOUNT the volume choose NO or N and it will convert the drive when you restart the computer

restart when you have done the command and are back to the flashing c:> prompt close the command box and shut down and restart
