Hi,
I downloaded DVDReasy version 0.5.6 and I updated it to 0.6.2.
When I start the process, conversion works fine but after CCE starting an Run time error 5 appears. I use CCE SP Trial 2.70.02.00, I tryed also CCE SP Trial 2.67.00.27 but it doesen't work too. Any ideas?
Sorry for my bad english but I'm an italian user!

That happened to me yesterday too with 2.7, i tried 2.66 though and it worked fine...although i thought the quality wasn't real good, when I paused the movie, you could see the lines of the film...or i guess that is interlacing...of course i checked some extra settings in the encoding process...gonna try the other encoder and see how good it does...what good, if any does multiple passes do for the movie anyway? Just Curious
When this happen, please post you log file plus the CCE version that you are using . . .

When I encode a movie from original disc, before run time 5 error another message appears: movie.ecl is not a ECL for CCE SP Trial version.
But if I encode a movie by ISO in the virtual drive I keep only run time 5 error message. I always use in both cases CCE 2.70.02.00 and Windows XP Home SP2.
I know that CCE 2.70 series doesen't use ECL, is this the problem?
Logfile in the first and second situation:

CCE 2.70 does use ECL . . .Originally Posted by Freez
In fact, the ECL files in both situations are not properly structure.
The higher version of CCE that I test in DVDREasy was CCE 2.70.01.05.
I will try a conversion with CCE 2.70.02.00 and see if something is wrong

Thanks, that would be great! Although I must say, so far the HCEnc has been pretty darn good too!![]()
@cbc
Your version of CCE is SP 2.70.02.00, right ?
Full or trial ?
It seems that in the trial version the flag "-batch" doesn't work. So CCE stands waiting for the user to press the "Encode" button.
I wonder if it's only happen in the trial version or in both . . .
I have to wait for feedback. I only have CCE SP 2.70.02.00 trial![]()

OK,
After a litle search in the net I found the problem !
it seems its a BUG in CCE SP 2.70.02.00![]()
This version of CCE doesn't encode automatic by command line : -batch parameter . . .
I think I will have to modify the way CCE 2.70.02.00 is invoke by DVDREasy![]()
I will keep you informed.
