      New Beta Release

      Hi,

Here is DVDREasy 0.6.8 (BETA !!!)

      Changes 0.6.8:
      --------------
-DVDREasy now support choosing up to 2 AUDIOS and 2 SUBTITLES.
To continue using DVDREasy with only 1 AUDIO and 1 SUBTITLE you can choose "--- No Audio ---" for the secondary Audio and "--- No Subtitles ---" for the secondary Subtitles.

If the feedback on this release is OK DVDREasy 0.6.9 (official) will be release sunday (with other improvements)

      Changes 0.6.4:
      --------------
-CCE 2.70.02.00 has a BUG. When you invoke it by command line with the parameter "-batch" its supposed to begin encoding... But, CCE stands in the screen waiting for the user to press the "Encode" button.
-DVDREasy was modified to invoke CCE in a different way - only for this CCE version.

      Changes 0.5.3:
      --------------
      - Added support for CCE SP 2.66, 2.67 and 2.70
      - ECLCCE binary update to 1.81

      INSTALL(you must have DVDREasy 0.6.5 installed) :
      -------------------------------------------------
Download the file, unzip it to DVDREasy folder (ex: c:\program files\dvdreasy) and make sure that you checked "Overwrite Existing Files" and "Use folder Names" in winzip

      Here is the file :

      Please post your results

I have other implementation to do (HC Encoder support), but I don´t want to move further without knowing that this release is working OK.

      Thanks

      Thumbs up

I tried it with 2.50,2.66, 2.67 and 2.70 .......all of them had to do the same movie twice, just to be shure
All working well, although 2,66 seems a tad slower than the others, the output was OK..
I dunno why,but 2.50 was still the fastest on my Athlon, even if it's aged.....well,most important thing is that they all do the job....

      XP
      1 GB RAM
      Athlon XP 3200
It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice.....

What do you mean, 2.66 takes more time to encode than the others ?

On my system, seems that DVDREasy needs more time to find and load it and the average encoding speed of 2.66 is the slowest of them all.....not THAT much difference, but noticable..

Excellent! For an upcoming release, please don't forget an old request: localization.
      Pardon me for not standing.

The localization (translation) of DVDREasy into other languages. I can translate DVREasy into Spanish.

      Obrigado!

      OK nasty mailman,

I think this is possible with a litle effort of programing

I'm allready making a list of all the screens/textbox and messages of DVDREasy. I will PM you when its finished to translate to Spanish. I will take care of Portuguese translation

Although the translation is possible, the MAIN MENU will have to stay in English ("Folders and Paths", "Enc. Settings", "About", "Exit") because they are pictures inside the EXE.

      Also :
      A) the translation will not compromise futures improvements of DVDREasy !
When a new future is implemented, the possible new messages for all languages will be in English until the responsible of each translation will translated them.
      B) I think its better not translate the technical terms of each encoder (DC precision, GOP sequence, ZIGZAG scanning order, etc)

      @ALL
If anyone is interested in contributing to this project (translation to your native language) just PM me.

      Cheers,

      DVDREasy
