best way to author

i ripped d-tox dvd the other day then used dvd2avi to get it ready for tmpgenc i processed it as a pal dvd and am now left with a 3.5 gig mpeg file which plays back in power dvd,what is the best software to put this onto a dvdr to play in standalone,the original dvd was 4.9 so i did this way to get a smaller file.i want to add chapters but no menu.

try Scenarist (cdrsoft mainsite) + the Tutorial ....

it is able to do this job ...

or wait some time (waiting for NB to put a link on the mainsite) for SONIC DVD FUSION ... it has nearly the same abilities but creating nice menues is sooooo easy
