      Where can a find dvdx 18a maybe someone have a link ?. and dvdx is not freeware now if you reg and pay you can login and get latest 18a F--

      as a free program it was pretty poor compared to using dvd decrypt>dvd2avi>tmpgenc,but if you gotta pay for it find a new way,the results i get from other methods are far better no fuzz or blocks,just my opinion but for me it really SU***XX

      Hey sirusthevirus, you're right, I use the same progs that you mentioned to also make my movies but, there are people that would rather not go through all the trouble it takes to make a real quality movie and this is who these easier progs are created for.

      yeah... u r right @ Hulk but if "u" use chickenmans tutorials ... it should be rather easy after "your" first movie ...

      btw. I use CCE instead of Tempeg... works very good ... just did Fast and the Furious @ 2mbit VBR/ 3 pass it looks really good ..

      DVDx frameserved to TMPGEnc produces a reasonable VCD, the best DVDx can do. But DVD2AVI & TMPGEnc produces a better quality VCD.

      As for SVCD, go with DVD2SCVD with CCE encoder, anything else is pale in comparison.
