Will work on NT 4, Win 2000 and XP. Works ok with FAT32, but this file system only supports files up to 4 gig. I believe you can convert your file system to NTFS with command promt. I got this info from my xp help so just try it to convert to NTFS.

To convert a volume to NTFS from the command prompt
      Open Command Prompt.
In the command prompt window, type
      convert drive_letter: /fs:ntfs

For example, typing convert D: /fs:ntfs would format drive D: with the ntfs format.

      Notes

To open command prompt, click Start, point to All Programs, point to Accessories, and then click Command Prompt.
You can convert FAT or FAT32 volumes to NTFS with this command.

      hmm...

it doesn´t work with Fat32 ... cause scenarist everytime creates files bigger than 4gb ...
btw. thats the reason why it only works under NT, 2k, and Xp
