whats this program? is it any good?

It's a CD ripping/burning app and a CD drive emulator. Basically, you can save your CD's onto your HDD and run them without using the original disks.

In answer to your question - yes it is very good - even successfully managed to do SD2.5 from my crappy old CDR! If you only require emulation then Daemon Tools is an excellent alternative.
