problem with dvd lab pro

I am in the process of making a dvd. On the main menu i have it vary simple with 2 buttons, Play and Chapters. I was wondering if there was a way to play a sound when i clicked the play button. Like *click* and the sound plays and then the movie after that resuming normal fuction. Is this possible and how do i do it?
