i've been told by a dvdr retailer that if i use a firmware up date from pioneer austrailia that i can burn at 2x with my new batch of traxdata dvdr? any 1 know any thin about this? the guy claims they burn at 2x in AO4 models
hmm.. it is possible that they burn 2x with A04 cause it supports more 2x certified media than A03 does..try to update your firmware ..maybe this helps...

Maybe one day Pioneer will bring it out
the firmware i'm using is 1.58 or the before 1.80,can't be quite sure what its number was at the moment,but is there a dvdr media that will go at 2x for AO3 and is cheap? i can get 1x at
£1.50 datasafe?
