      delete ''read-only'' files ?

      sorry if this question is very noobish

      but is it possible to delete files from a ''Read-only'' CD ? which contains info that i need to delete

      If it's a finalised or pressed disc,it's impossible I'm afraid....

      I use a screwdriver when I have info that i need to delete on a cd.

      Even on an open multisession, you can only hide it from subsequent sessions, and the data is still there and recoverable by several popular tools.

      i am not able to hide the file from the CD as it states ''read-only'' or ''write protected''
