Just purchased a 50 spindle of 52X Memorex.One out of 4 have been coasters(trying to burn at 40X).Nero infotool reports them as CMC .Damn!

They aren't just CMC's, but indeed their biggest badges are made out of this crap. I try to avoid buying from stampers like Memorex which are not consistent regarding the used media.
Regular Princos are also bad, they do burn OK but they tend to peel off way too easily- but they also make whitetop coated media, wwhich are quite decent for the price.
The revolution cannot be a lever, or an essay, or tablaeu, or embroidery. It cannot proceed mellowly, piece-by-piece, gently, devoutly, simply and humbly.
