      What dvd disks are you using to write at 8 speed ? and on what writer ?

      No U dont need 8x media >< U need the Burner <> I have heard that DVDR- Verbatim 4x burn @ 8 & possibly Ritek G04 but this is not first hand info

      Lynxcds our forum sponsor was asking what 8x media everyone whos got an 8x dvd burner ... as to what media brand they are using !?

      not HOW do i write at 8x !? ?!

      i would assume he's asking for consumer feedback... for future stocktaking

      Im Using A PIONEER 107 And unbranded 8x DVD media I did purchase 8x Bulkpaq Imported... Worked like a charm...

      I use 4x RICOHJPN-R01-02 DVD+R at 8x on a OPTORITE DD0401. I bought them under two different brand names.
      Sony PR47L2
      Memorex 32025540 or 32025571
      They all work great and as far as - media goes when they come out with the firmware I'll let you know.

      8x speed dvd's

      I use the Maxell 4x dvd+r and liteon 811s. They say 4x but they actually burn at 8x.

      TDK 4X DVD+R's on the TDK804G (Plextor 708A) burn beautifully at 8X.
