    1. maximum data on dvdr?

      how much data can i burn onto a dvdr?i have a movie 4.54 gig
      (4,885,508,096 bytes on dics) or is that way over.also i have a dvd and the movie on it is 4.75 gigs after ripping and editing, it is 104 mins long,but i i have other movies 105 mins that are only 4.1 gigs after ripping and stripping,any reason?

      4489MB. is max data.Have you stripped extra audio tracks off?

      It could be 1 film is encoded at a higher bit rate than the other (could be wrong)
      Have you downloaded Elpresidente's tutorial from the downloads section? V-usefull.

      thats right ... not every movie is encoded with the same bitrate ... if u stripped everthing u don´t need out u have to transcode it to fit it on disc ...
