Hello, I want to convert an mp4 to a 1 CD SVCD but the program tells me something to the effect that the bitrate of 612 is low so I might as well use the VCD option because the quality won't be much different and my options are Ok or Cancel. When I select OK it forces a 2 CD VCD which of course I don't want. How can I force the program to just to my 1 CD SVCD?
