Encoding a Series Of AVIs

I have some avi files I want to encode to DVD. I usually use Film Machine to do this but if I add more than 1 AVI it joins them all together. Because it is a series I dont want this. The AVIs are about 300mb each so I want to put say 3 on each DVD with titles. How do I do this please?
