how to add subtitle to multi pgc dvd .

i got 24 serie package from my sister which bought it abroad and im intersting in adding my language subtitle.
there is this guide which i used it before in purpose of adding sub to exsisting dvd but this time, at 24 package there is multi pgc , each dvd contain 4 episode and i dont know how to use this guide with multi pgc's .

one of the issue as i see it , is that muxman that is using to remuxe the movie with the new sub dont support multi pgc ...this is my opinion that could be very wrong.

also if there is special way to demux the dvd with PgcDemux , ill be happy to know about.


anyone know how to do it ..
