problems with dvd stripper 0.3

Please help. i downloaded the .30 version but everytime i try to run it it says"component 'MSCOMCTL.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid" i dont know what im doing wrong and when i click on the above link it just takes me to the home page please help
