yep thats right ... fat32 isn´t able to handle such "big" files... it is limited to 4gb ...
I noticed that too, when I was producing a DVD movie project with Sonic Scenarist NT .. it also creats such big files...

I have found out that Windows 98 uses fat32 and can only store a single file upto 4gig this is not enough for games like metal gear 2 which is 4.3 gig in size, Windows2000 and XP uses ntfs and this lets you store more bigger files .
This is why most people are getting a error at 94% when copying.
