      Convert PAL to NTSC

I've just updated my DVD to DVDR Tutorial to include the steps needed to do a PAL to NTSC for all thus unfortunate people that have NTSC only playing DVD Players. Its attached at the bottom of the Tute.

I've only done this a few times (to test run it as I live in a PAL world anyway) and has worked everytime, so hopefully it will work for you.

How to backup your DVD to DVD±R

      Enjoy,

      Dvd-r Burning Problems

      CHICKENMAN, I NEED YOUR HELP!!

I am having problems burning DVD-R's

-first i converted my scvd files to mpeg using ISO Buster
-I used TPMGenc to split audio and video files
-then used TPMGenc and SSRC to change audio file to 48000hz
-then merged new audio and video files with TPMGenc to make new mpg file
-then used DVD Patcher to make new mpg file compatible to DVD's
-then used Ulead Music factory to authorize and burn, followed all the steps!

The Problem is when I put the blank DVD-R in my burner, Ulead won't burn??
I also tried Nero and it also won't recognize the DVD, the programs freeze and don't respond!

However CD-R's work fine because I can burn SVCD's

When I open up windows explorer, insert the DVD-R, click on the drive, I get a message asking me to format the disc, then I select yes, I get a message telling me unalbel to format disc.

      Basically I can't burn DVD-R's.

Can you please let me know what the problem might be?
