Need Help With Ac3 Delay Corrector

HI,
i made a movie using a guide dvd9 to dvd5 which including those steps
1.smartripper
2.dvd2avi
3.vfapi
4.cce onepass vbr and then multipass vbr
5.dvd fusion or scenarist

ayway at the end of step 5 i get the movie but with delay in the sound of 2.5 minutes, anyway someone offer me to use ac3 delay corrector but i dont know how to use this program which look very simple but still i dont know there is the start delay and the end delay what do i need to write in each of them.
please help me

hmm...after u finished DVD2AVI ... open AC3 corrector and select the AC3 stream ...it should display the right value.... just select where to save the output and start ....
