need help , with ifo reading

ok ! can someone please tell me once and for all which track or tracks i need to demux in dvd2avi according to this file vobifo file .

AND PLEASE TELL ME WHERE TO LOOK SO I COULD KNOW FOR THE NEXT TIME , every guide i look i see to audio file that they have and i have only one .


Another thing ,
im now at the dvd fushion phase (in the guide) and he told me to imoort the m2v file i got from cce but the only file i have from cce is
black_d2v-vfapi this file is the 4.3gb after multipass vbr
black_d2v-vfapi.vaf
Default
black.ecl

is it one of them
