      Lightbulb Dvd +

I have a problem/query i am hoping someone can help me with.

I have just purchased a Philips DVD 880 which uses the + format.
Once I have recorded a program from my TV onto a +RW it will play with no problems in another DVD player.

The problem I have is that it will not play on my PC DVD player, a message appears will trying to read the disc "unrecognised format or corrupt file" ?

Is it possible to copy to a DVD recorder from TV then edit on a PC DVD player, or am I doing something wrong or will I have to buy a DVD recorder for my PC in order to edit.

      Cheers

      DVD+RW

I have put the DVD+RW disc into my PC DVD Player and 2 box's appear. the 1st one says unrecognised file format and the 2nd box says could be corrupt or not compatable with Windows.

Looks like my PC DVD Player is not compatable.

Thanks for your reply, suppose i'll have to purchase a new dvd drive for my PC
