Why do u want to change?
Most dvdplayers and tvs have no problem with either format.
I guess u are making svcd?
If so this is in the wrong section.
No big deal tho!

Problems converting ntsc avi to pal mpg2
When using tmpenc to convert AVI (ntsc) to Pal mpeg2 the picture stutters every few seconds.
If I convert to ntsc mpeg2 it plays fine.
Does anyone have a fix ? Know what settings to alter or can reccomend differnt software ?

No its for DVD-r, I know i could leave it as NTSC, just wondered if there was a fix for it ?

no...I think this will always happen if u convert Ntsc 2 Pal ...
