      Question DVD region

      I've just purchased a DVD+R burner and would someone please explain to my this :region" setting. It says that you can only change it 4 times and thats all. What is this setting, and why can I only change it 4 times?

      or may be you download the DVD regionkiller from cd-clone website . you can find idt under free sotware in elbaborate bytes website.
