      DVD Region converting?

I just got a DVD+R drive and would like to know if the following is possible.
Is the a way I can dump a image of Region 3 PAL DVD to my hard drive, convert it to All-Region/Region 0 NTSC and then burn it back to a DVD+R with out losing the menus and all the other extra provided they fit on the DVD+R?

IFOEdit is the tool you want for this job. Open the IFO's and hit the Region Free button.

u can only do a 1:1 copy (region free) if u r trying to copy a DVD5 ! otherwise u have to remove some extra stuff !

Not at all. You can copy DVD9 to 2 x DVD-R.
      See the guides @ doom9.net
