can u make a dvd video with mpeg files?

searched and read and maybe this is a i should no thing but still i have this question.

i have TMPGEnc Plus-2.57.41.146 and can select dvd quality etc (normally used this 4 vcd) but at the end it produces an mpeg2 file.

in nero you need ifo, bup, and vobs etc and in primo it has to be basicly a video_ts file to burn it as a dvd movie.

is there a copy proggy that will support dvd burners that allow mpeg files to create a dvd or on the other hand is there a proggy that create ifo and vob files ect to allow this.

i have ifo edit and a few others but have a few vcd i want to put onto one dvdr disk.

any ideas or direction to search would be greatly appreciated.

hey mate ...

use Sonic DVD FUSION (available on the mainpage)
u can import your Mpeg files ... add some chapters ... and it will create your ifos ... then use Ifo Edits "get_VTS" function ...burn it ... have fun with it ....
