Need help joining double-sided DVD

I have just tried to join vob files from both sides of a DVD using Vob-Edit as described in Derrows Guide. Then I created new Ifo-Files using Ifo-Edit.

The problem is that now some (not all) of the chapters start at a different place. Is there a possibility to join these vob-files in a way that that chapters match the source. Or is there a way to edit the chapters with IFO-Edit? IFO-Edit allows you to edit a lot of values but I am not sure which I have to change.

My guess is that I have to edit the "Cell Adress Table" but I dont know how to calculate the start- and endsectors.

Does anybody have a clue?

I've done a lot of DVD-9 > DVD-5 copies.. never encountered this. BUT.. i encoutered this non-liniair thing before, (with End of Days, Fast&furious) Derrow is taking a look at this (i hope)

I found a solution, but it's not that nice
