      Question vcd on a dvd-r disk possible?

      hey everyone,

      can anyone tell me if its possible to make a vcd or s-vcd using a dvd-r disk,basicly i want to put more than 800mb of vcd movies onto a blank dvd-r...will this work or can i use cd-r only....LATERZ DUDEZ.
      if it aint broke dont fix it...hit it harder..;-)

      Go to this page, it may help U. Far what I knew, VCD only can be write in normal CD-R media. For DVD-R the media is total different from CD-R. That's why DVD-R media need a DVD-Rom drive. The reading speed is much faster than CD-ROM.

      yep mate it is possible ...VCDs use a DVD standard compliant resolution...
