      is it possible to dvd with cdrom

      as it is sayd in the tittle is it possible to read dvd whitout have a pc-dvd reader is there a program for?

      DVDs are structuraly different than cds so it imposible to read a dvd with a cd-rom drive. The problem is hardware not software.
