      Angry Spruce Shaky Picture

i have been using Spruce up to authore the encoded movies with CCE. some of the movies' final product gave me shaky pictures. Other movies with the same bit rate worked fine.

Is there an explanasion for this????

It may not be Spruce that's the problem.

Are the movies that have shakey picture ntsc?
If they are, it's because ntsc has 29.97 frames per second but cce re-encodes at 23.976.Just had same problem with Terminator2 Ultimate edition R1 NTSC. EXACTLY the same using Spruce AND Sonic Scenarist! Tried different settings in CCE--all no good.
You can use a program called DROPDOWN to try to correct it, but it didn't quite do the job for me, (better, but not perfect)

Try using REMPEG2 as an encoder, not as good as cce but does NTSC at the correct framerate.

      Good Luck
