Yes it is new, can be downloaded from their home page at h**p://virtualdub.sourceforge.net/

Change log:

* Fixes a bug in the IVTC department that would drop the last 8 frames.
* The temporal smoother now initializes from the first frame.
* The LameACM deadlock has been fixed.
* A couple of capturing related bugfixes.
