hey, i was wondering, how long do you think it would take for me to convert a whole movie?

to mpeg?

i wanted to convert vob files to mpg.

i have a 400 mghz k6III-3dNOW
160MB ram

Following the DVD to VCD tutorial posted here using DVD2AVI/TEMPGEnc, I would expect your AMD 400 to take approx 10-12hr / hour of movie. So a 90min movie (the everage) would take approx 15-18hrs . Maybe time to think about upgrading.
