.mov files convert to mpeg how?
i have 24 music videos in .mov format.how do i convert them to mpeg as i want to burn them on a cdr and watch them on my tv via my dvd recorder.my burning software does video discs ok but i need a good and simple piece of converting software.please help

You can use TMPGEnc with the MOV pluggin, real simple and very good quality conversion as well.
TMPGEnc from w*w.tmpgenc.net and the pluggin is attached. Just copy the plugin to the folder you installed TMPGEnc to. You will also need to have Quicktime 4 or better installed.
Read in the Tutorial forum the AVI/MPEG to VCD method. Just follow that but load the *.MOV in instead of the AVI.
