Programing action replay device for psx?

How do i program with new software and if possible it could read some movie files?How ugly would it look on a psx anyway?

The PSX addon VCD unit will play standard conforming VCD's no problems.. Any deviation from standard VCD and they will just not play.

Have a read of the Tutorials in the Tutorial forum to explain how you can make your VCD's in the first place.

I don't have the vcd device only action replay pro 3.2 plug in and i know it can be upgraded but not sure how or with what.You can load an enhancement cd in the menu or hook it up to the computer with the right software.The question is what kind of software it would run and where to get it.

My VCD Unit had an Action Replay built in but only ever used it for VCD playback.
