      Angry avi to vhs

      Can anyone tell me how i can transfer an avi from my pc to a vhs video tape. Ive tried connecting a cable from my tv card using the tv out to the vcr and playing the avi and hitting the record button on the vcr.It didnt work.Then i tried it using my mpeg 2 card and it still didnt work.am i doing it wrong do i need some software> can anyone help me out here.

      What your doing is right. The TV Out video should be connected to the Video In on the VCR and select Channel AV. You also need to take the Audio out of your sound cards OutPut socket to VCR's Audio In, using an appropriate cable.

      You may have to go to your Video Cards control program to turn the TV Out on however.
