HELP PLEASE Re:PS2

I'm a total noob to PS2 but have just recentaly purchased a PS2 console and have got a Neokey sbox mod chip,I have followed psx_pauls great tutorial on how to backup a PS2 game to DVD-R,the problem is that I back up a game Simpsons Hit And Run to DVD and went to play it and it wouldn't work.

CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE,I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO??????

I'm also in Oz if that makes any difference

I believe that Simpsons Hit & Run is a DVD based game. The Neokey sbox can only boot CD-R based backups. Therefore you wont be able to boot this backup.

Advice - get a better modchip

Sorry Scarecrow,about being abit lite with the info but I didn't know what anyone would need to know to HELP me.

psx_paul what mod chip would you recomend me to get for my my PS2??
As I'm only knew to PS2 and don't know alot about all the different mod-chips.

yes, they are the best chips around at the moment
