How to: easiest way to copy a PS2 game from backup to backup

Hi Peoples.

I have record now DX and pioneer 105 and was wonderin what is the best way to copy from a PS2 backup (dvd) to a dvd-r
(like a backup of my backup )

I have mastered PsxPaul's tute on backing up PS2 Original
but in the event that my backup gets stuffed what is the easiest way.

gday feller, i use prassiprimo dvd and use build global image button for a dvd ps2 or i just use clonecd for a normal cdr-ps2
