PS2 action title Red Faction II is to be ported onto GameCube and Xbox, according to mounting speculation. It's thought that the FPS sequel could hit Nintendo and Microsoft's consoles next spring. A spokesperson for THQ said: "We cannot confirm anything at the moment," but insiders believe that Volition's title will become multiformat in 2003. Red Faction II is a multi-mission action title in which you control a squad of highly skilled troops and attempt to overthrow a government.
