Patchig PS2 Games

Doe anybody know of any proggies that
will change ntsc to pal without the need for a scart lead and where to get the patches from,

I used to use pal 4u for psx1 with which you could
make your own patch but finding something similar
for psx2 is becoming a bit of a nightmare

but I gave up on the Idea, cause their are quite a
few programs that'll do it but at a price,
(usually you end up with the the picture not being
central on the screen and you dont see the top of
the picture when playing the game)
