can anyone tell me the best and easiest program to get hold of that will convert my backup games to iso's please....thanks

cheers for that its just to make an iso of an xbox copied game.

Make xbox iso whith the M$ tool gdfimage.exe (fast and 100%working).
Burn the iso whith alcohol 120% (accept iso larger than 4 gigas):
- mount your iso image to the alcohol virtual device
- launch copy wizard, check "copy disc on the fly" and set "Never separate"

or else build the iso directly onto the dvd using primo dvd, far easier
