    1. messiah ps2 v5 problem

i fitted a messiah to my 30003r pal v5 ps2,it did'nt work just a black screen,so i uninstalled it leaving only scex,reset,3.3v and ground connected to test the chip and still had the same problem, now i have removed it completely and get it to boot to the browser but it says no data when i put in a disc,i'm guessing it can't read the cdrom i've put all the ribbons back and there are no noticable points of damage to the board.any ideas what it may be..

did you remember to resolder the track?

NTL Broadband read all about it Here, not on NThelL? if they succeed how long before other providers follow suit?

    3. track?

i'm not sure what track you mean,i did'nt cut any track

i'm possibly wrong on this it could be with the neo4 but i'm fairly sure that you have to cut a track or component on the board (it could also only be on the v4 or v5 boards.

If you want help go here .... h**p://www.ps2.nu/ps2-modchip/cgi-bin/Ultimatebb.cgi

i'm sure if you cant find the info you need then someone will be able to help you, sorry its another forum but that one deals with modchip help for the ps2 and therefore is the best place for the job.
