Tried Several rip kits For Tony Hawkes 3,dont seem to be able to get any to work, ive tried several other kits for other Dvd rom games and all have worked , What iam i doing wrong?

You have a dodgy drive.

The drives in the X-Box's are tuned to not allow playback of games on DVDr media. However most do, but the ones that have been tweaked right dont allow certain games to load for what ever reason.

I have had a similar problem with TH3 and found that putting on a diffrent brand of DVDR (Traxdata) although expensive, it does now work
