Is it possible to convert PC games to PS games

A friend of mine was wanting to take the PC series of Command and Conquer and play it on his PS or PS2.

I have no console platform so I know nothing about them. I'm inclined to think that this can NOT be done, but I want to ask you guys anyway.

if you look the other way round you need an emu to play psx/snes etc on a pc because they are a different format.

so i do not think it is possible unless it is all completely recoded

concievably it could be done on xbox, but only if you had the original source code to recompile on an xdk (Xbox Development Kit)
