Licencing is uncertain, while V1 is clearly stated to be freeware, V2 says....

If you want to evaluate Jetico Personal Firewall v.2, visit the Download Centre

However, there is currently no option to buy, so is this a commercial product, or a freeware?
Examined in a forum post: http://www.smokey-services.eu/forum/...423&pc_t=73268
The betas were time limited, and it was said the V2 will be shareware, though when many firewalls are evolving into many areas of security (such as adblocking, antispyware etc.) a "straight" firewall seems rather quaint, and if it does go shareware, it would seem to offer little more than the free version of several others.

To register your copy of the product please contact your regional distributer or jetico, Inc. directly
Seems like shareware/time limited functionality trial to me.

Maybe a beta issue? So far so good here
Although it does need a lot more interactivity at first.
