1.02 (or 1.0.2) is a release on the 1.0 stable branch, not on the current progress which has reached 1.2.1 and 1.3 Alpha.

Current trunk builds are marked as 1.3b, with the Beta release cycle due to start (trunk freeze for approved checkins only) on Jan 22nd
