At least it is a question. CNET comments had best reviews for Internet Download Manager. Well, with it my D/Ling looks like I have a problem. With it, it shows clusters from 1K to 50K jumping all over the place on D/Ls. That was a Simtel D/L.
I checked and wrapped tin foil around monitor cable. all else the same on the line. I would assume any outside line problems would be CONSTANT.
I am still thinking ISP even with the D/L manager.
I can't get an even 40K+ D/L now.
One more try, move modem card away from VIDEO card w/fan.
