How to check SFV files?

I need a good free/open-source program (commmand-line or gui, preferably gui) to check sfv files.

Do you know any program? What's the best, and what do you recommend?

Thanks!

Best one is the best filemanager on earth, namely Total Commander- you just have to click enter on the .sfv file, and it verifies- that simple.
Total Commander isn't freeware, but shareware- but it's not time limited or crippled in any other way: it's only limitation when unregistered is a nagger when fired up. If it bothers you, then buy it- 28 euros ain't a high price for the best windows program, ever.
