Registry Cleaner?

Do you know any good registry cleaner?

I have user jv16 PowerTools, but the latest version screwed up my office installation, and I'm looking for alternatives.

What do you recommend?

Well I use RegSupreme by Macecraft Software, I've never had any worries with it.
