How to know whether my HDD is 5400RPM or 7200RPM?
Is there any software to know that?

Try sisoft sandra, its free from h**p://www.jaggedonline.co.uk/.
Not sure if it will give you the rpm, but it will tell you the hard drive make and model, so you can visit the manufactures site.

Nero In preferences/cache has a hard drive speed check!!

None that I know of. Your best bet is to use Nero's InfoTool if you have Nero installed. It would be located in your "Nero Toolkit" folder and, under the "configuration" tab when you run it, you will see your hd manufacturer and model number. With that information, you can visit the manufacturer and get the specs.
