I would like a program I could type an IP into then a message and send to that computer, very simple?
Preferably no install needed and receiver does not need program installed would be handy.

@ viper, getting someones IP is easy if you talk to them on any of the popular messengers (ICQ,MSN or yahoo),
my question to chris is why would you want to remain anon'? lol, also what format would you send the msg in? .txt? you would have to make sure they have the right application installed to open it, i dont think you can just send a msg to a computer and it pops up, you will have to use a messenger of some kind.
